Superpower Tab is 100% offline and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

Superpower Tab does NOT collect any personal information. All data is stored locally on your device using browser's IndexedDB storage.
2. Data Storage
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Settings: Your preferences for backgrounds, clock format, and widget positions
- Shortcuts: URLs and labels for your custom shortcuts
- Notes: Any sticky notes you create (content, color, position)
3. Data Transmission
Superpower Tab does NOT transmit any data to our servers or any third parties. The extension works completely offline after installation.
4. Third-Party Services
Superpower Tab does not use any third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools.
5. Data Security
Since all data is stored locally in your browser:
- Your data never leaves your device
- Data is protected by your browser's security mechanisms
- Clearing browser data will remove all extension data
6. Permissions Used
The extension requires the following permissions:
- storage: To save your settings and shortcuts locally
- chrome_url_overrides (newtab): To replace the new tab page
7. Children's Privacy
Superpower Tab does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13 years of age.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using Superpower Tab ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
Superpower Tab is a browser extension that replaces your new tab page with customizable 3D animated backgrounds, shortcuts, a clock widget, and sticky notes.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Extension only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Extension
- Not use the Extension in any way that could damage or impair the Extension
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code in the Extension are owned by Ingenieria.dev and are protected by intellectual property laws. The 3D backgrounds and visual designs are proprietary.
6. Third-Party Services
The Extension does not integrate with any third-party services. All functionality is self-contained and works offline.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INGENIERIA.DEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I change the background?
Click the chevron button (>) on the right edge of the screen to cycle through backgrounds, or click the gear icon and go to Settings to choose from all available 3D backgrounds.
How do I add shortcuts?
Click the + button in the shortcuts bar at the top of the page. You can add up to 6 shortcuts with custom icons and labels.
How do I create sticky notes?
Double-click anywhere on the page to create a new note, or click the + button in the bottom right corner. You can create up to 20 notes.
How do I move widgets around?
Drag the handle bar at the top of the shortcuts bar or clock widget to reposition them. Your positions are saved automatically.
How do I change note colors?
Click the palette icon in the top-right corner of any note to choose from 6 different colors.
Does this extension collect my data?
No. All data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect, track, or transmit any information.
Can I use my own background images?
Yes! Go to Settings > Background and upload your own image or video file.
How do I reset the extension?
You can clear the extension data by going to Chrome Settings > Extensions > Superpower Tab > Details > Clear data.
